Isabel Conde de Frankenberg, a junior at Cedar Park High in Texas, placed 13th to earn All-America honors at the Champs Sports Cross Country Championships at Balboa Park's Morley Field in San Diego, Calif. Conde de Frankenberg covered the 5-kilometer layout in 17:48.8 to secure All-America recognition at both Nike Cross Nationals and the Champs Sports national final.
